Life Lift
circus & yoga for over-55s

Free circus and yoga for over-55s in Hackney, every Friday morning at Hoxton Hall. No experience needed and no booking: just come along.

What it is

Life Lift is Hoxton Hall's free programme for people over 55 who live in Hackney. Our Friday strand, Circus & Yoga, mixes circus skills with yoga in a warm, supportive room. All abilities are welcome and nobody needs to have tried either before.

The sessions are made possible by Hoxton Hall's partnership with NHS Together Better, with support from the London Marathon Foundation.

With Hoxton Hall

Hoxton Hall runs Life Lift as part of its creative health work, with a dance strand on Tuesdays too. We lead the Friday Circus & Yoga sessions as Hoxton Hall's partner: the same hall co-produced Balance and is home to Stella's Imaginarium this Christmas.
